suddenly, i feel like bloggin!
earlier on i mention tat i recd a couple of complaining calls...
well. here it goes. there's
this guy who called n came complaning. i cldnt rem wat he said. but i cld only rem tat he is the
one in e million tat i cldnt tahan wif. n i really mean
buay tahan. noe wat i did? haha.. i let him do the talking and i juz kept quiet. i onli started speaking when he is done. i cldnt even be bothered to explain to him. i was like ok ok.... wat shit. feel like shouting back. but i cant! *ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh*
ok.. den many called and said: i wanna feedback. ur system is lousy. tell ur manager about it. i have been waiting for like hours. its so hard to get to u guys. actually how many agents are there? wat if there is an emergency? -pls lahz.. if u had stick to ur original plan, wld tis have happen? who is to blame? us lahz?- we had also been picking up calls after calls. *grr* what we could only do is to pick as many calls as possible!

there's also a customer who recorded conversations! he said tat earlier on there's a girl serving him gave him e cant-be-bothered attitude, was rude n hanged his call. i was like... (who's tat?) n he added tat she wun get away so easily. he's gonna bring e recording down for a complaint! wat wAT? but. something struck me. y e hell do he record e conversation when he doesnt even noe hows e conversation is gonna be. *puzzle*to end everything... we are like a punching bag. allowing them to vent their anger on us. haiz.. didnt they say
tiger shdnt be abuse by customers. o_O??
